What we collect

When you submit a quote on this site we store your name, email, phone, company (if you give one), the service you picked, and your project message. We also store the time of the request.

We do not create an account for you. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use those details only to reply about the quote, schedule work, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information. We do not use the form to add you to a marketing list.

Where it goes

Your request lands in our shop inbox so we can read it and reply. A copy also goes into the software we use to track quotes and jobs.

The form uses Google to block spam. The map in the footer is also from Google.

How long we keep it

We keep quote records as long as we need them to reply, schedule, and keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete a request and we will, unless we still need it for an active job or a legal obligation.

Children

This site is for commercial signage quotes. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page. The quote form at /contact always links here.
