What we collect

When you submit a quote on this site we store your name, email, phone, company (if you give one), the service you picked, and your project message. We also store the time of the request.

We do not create an account for you. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use those details only to reply about the quote, schedule work, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information. We do not use the form to add you to a marketing list.

Where it goes

Your request lands in our shop inbox so we can read it and reply. A copy also goes into the software we use to track quotes and jobs.

The form uses Google to block spam. The map in the footer is also from Google.

Analytics and advertising

We measure how this site is used, with Google Analytics. It records which pages are opened, how quickly they load, and when a quote form is submitted. It does not receive your name, email, phone, company, or anything you typed in the project message. When you submit a quote, what reaches Google Analytics is the service and the city you picked, as short labels, and nothing else about you.

We also run Google's advertising tag, so we can tell which Google ads lead to quote requests. When a quote goes through, it tells Google Ads that a quote was requested and on which page of this site — nothing you typed into the form.

Google Analytics and the advertising tag set cookies in your browser: to count visits, and to recognise a visit that started from a Google ad. You can block or clear them; the site works exactly the same either way, and the quote form still works.

If you reach this site from a Google ad, the link carries an identifier for that click. We keep it in your browser for that visit only, and if you then submit a quote we store it alongside your request. If the enquiry turns into a job, we use it to tell Google what the job was worth. Google receives that identifier and the amount — not your name and not your contact details.

To stop Google Analytics measuring your visits to any site, use Google's own opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or block cookies for this site in your browser.

How long we keep it

New quote requests are deleted automatically twelve months after they arrive. Until then we keep them to reply, schedule, and hold ordinary business records.

Requests that reached us before that automatic deletion was in place stay until we remove them. Ask us to delete a request — new or old — and we will, unless we still need it for an active job or a legal obligation.

Children

This site is for commercial signage quotes. It is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page. The quote form at /contact always links here.
